All courses will involve an initial consultation to clarify proposed business objectives and outcomes and a documented evaluation of delegate ‘performance’ will be provided. It is suggested that business outcomes be reviewed 3 months after the course has finished.

• Using the body for positive image, and impact
• Trusting in the dynamics of ‘silence’
• Recovering from difficult situations
• Developing an inspiring , believable vocal line
Mindfulness:
• Mindfulness strategies for effective presenting
• Avoiding negative habits and busy ‘head stuff’
• Reducing anxiety. Close the stress gates
• Breathing techniques to build confidence
Stage & Set:
• Commanding an audience using PowerPoint
• Learning to use your ‘stage’ to help you!
• Learning how to use scripts and notes
Delivery:
• Using listening skills to your advantage
• Wordage – positive versus negative
• Structuring content
• Handling questions
• Delivering spontaneous/prepared presentations
Results:
Participants will leave with actionable critiques from their impromptu or prepared presentations and they will be involved in designing a Personal Plan of Action to take away.
