Bonnie offers One to One Mindfulness sessions in person or over Skype or Zoom. This is an opportunity to explore mindfulness in a way that suits you, whether you are new to mindfulness or are already practising. Whether you would like to learn mindfulness for stress relief, anxiety, chronic pain, ill-health, feel permanently too busy or wish to perform and focus better at work or sport for example, or even enhance a personal relationship then One to One Mindfulness Coaching may be for you.
You will be invited to have an initial discussion with Bonnie where we can begin to tailor sessions according to your needs. A session lasts one hour, and it will be up to the client to decide how many sessions they wish to undertake. However, the efficaciousness of Mindfulness is based on 8 sessions and has proved to provide clients with a comprehensive set of mindfulness skills and strategies to support them in their daily lives.
And as in the 8-Week MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course you will be given some homework and mindfulness practise to take away for the following week including guided meditations.
Cost: £75 per hour (some concessions are available when booking a series of sessions)
